1. Website information

Website content is provided for general information about ThermoSky services. It does not constitute an engineering conclusion, inspection result, safety clearance or recommendation for a specific asset.

2. Service scope

Every inspection is subject to a separate written quotation, agreed scope, site conditions, access, weather, operating status, sensor capability, permissions and safety requirements.

3. Thermographic limitations

Thermal and visual observations may indicate areas requiring further review but do not always establish the root cause. Electrical testing, physical inspection or specialist assessment may be required.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate asset and site information, obtaining site access and permissions, identifying hazards, coordinating operating personnel and confirming that submitted files may lawfully be shared.

5. Intellectual property

Website design, text, graphics and ThermoSky branding may not be copied or reused without permission. Client ownership and permitted use of inspection deliverables should be defined in the project agreement.
